REFUND POLICY

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) required

Sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges unless defective.

2. How to Return

  1. Email us at flipfit.store.it@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will send you a return authorization and instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
  4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 5-7 business days

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit card: 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • PayPal: 2-5 business days
  • Klarna/Scalapay: 5-7 business days

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error.

4. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges if the new size is in stock. Follow the return process above and note that you want an exchange. If the size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. Exchange shipping is the customer's responsibility.

5. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement. Send photos of the issue to speed up the process.

6. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we are not responsible for lost return packages.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items marked "Final Sale"
  • Items without original tags
  • Worn, washed, or altered items
  • Underwear and socks (hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
