1. Free Shipping — All Orders

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required. No hidden fees.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.

3. Delivery Times

🇮🇹 Italy 3–5 business days
🇪🇺 European Union 5–7 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom 5–7 business days
🌍 Rest of World 7–14 business days

4. Tracking

A tracking number is sent to your email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order status in your account page.

5. Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are the customer's responsibility. We do not collect or control these fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
  • We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or refund
